Hell why bother there. Go to Yuplay, set up an account, and buy the Russian version for $15 US. Download and add the freely available maddox.dll and your good to go.
That way 1C gets all the profits, the middle man is cut out, and everyone is happy.

Best Buy, $49.99, had 4 copies when i came in today. Reliable since i work at one of the locations in Tulsa. Possible that many of the smaller store sizes might not carry in the store so might have to order on our website. paying shipping and sales tax can be a deal-buster!

Purchased at Just for Flight I think for 49 US and downloaded it from Steam in less than an hour but I am still looking for my other copy I bought 2.

I'll go to Fry's this weekend and see if I can pickup another copy and post how much it was when I do.

I should have clarified, I got it from the Russian site for 15 USD, many of my swarm mates have as well.
It's a kinda convoluted process, but it works, and at $15 I can recommend the game to any and all lol!

Release it in a year when it's finished.
Playable for me.

Everything on high (textures on original ) bar building detail (trees off due to sound bug) I get 35-50 fps on the syndicate server

Bear in mind that my 5970 is an Xfire card and I have pseudo full screen on so its only acting like a 5870... not bad... not bad at all.

FYI texture quality on original

P.S. do you still have the sound bug with trees on low!!!! Would love to have them back even if they were on low.

Just about the same situation here; runs nicely on my i5 @ 2.8GHz and HD5850.

Buying directly from Steam is always straightforward and reliable, though the international pricing can be a bit wonky.
