For the sake of the DLC they havent even fixed the P47 they have just thrown the broken one into the DLC which its a joke.

It is not the devs choice to put it on the market now. It is the choice of the publisher. Probarbly the devs also liked to see the patch first. But that one takes time due to sony and MS. Its just a bad choice of the publisher to release the DLC before the patch has been approved

We've finished woking on DLC before the game appears on market.
You probably not understand, that it is two-three months from the game is ready till it's release on a market.
QA, approval, manufacture is a long-time process for consoles.

You seriously think, that it is even possible to make and release DLC in a less then month (today is 05'10, the game was released in 04'09)?
We've started make title update after release, when DLC was ready and submitted to MS.
