Missing quest sigh; which one ?

Ok. I've played orc campaign 4 times now (1 paladin, 1 mage, 2 warrior (one no loss)) all on impossible and each time I get 92 quests. However, I noticed that one fellow who posted his score had 93 quests; so I am clearly missing one but for the life of me I have no clue how to find it. I know I did the burial and two bounty on scarlet island and well what other quest is not obvious ? Hum. Oh well.

I just checked my last playthrough and I got only 90. Didn't do the mage's tower in Debir, but don't remember if that's even a quest.
