Here is the site that Lamanorbu refers to in the previous post. Rig'n'Roll Walk-Through. This guy gives a lot details on virtually all aspects of the game. Very well written, and easy to follow. He has lots of game play hints too. I think you'll all like it. Mine is basically a video walk-through, and is based on my experience only.

Hello, and welcome to the forum.

Please don't post "Spoiler" type questions outside of this thread.

The answer to your questions is that most roads blocked can't be opened by design. Only a few missions actually do this, but I have not come acrossed any for this road as if yet. Maybe someone else can put some light here.

I can only assume he's talking about the English version of R'n'R. The add-on is not ready for us yet.

Most people on the side of the road are active. You have to approach them at about 10mph when you first see them, and in the proper lane, then come to a stop. Some also require some sort of mission activation to pick them up.

Please keep "Spoiler" type questions here, so nobody else accidentally runs into them. That's why this thread was created.
