Ooh, one of the first things I thought when I saw the hex-map was "I hope there's an editor". Hopefully it'll get translated to English soon.

Yes but the rus one doesn'start
it says a starnge error message but i can't read 'cause i miss the font

I probably won't try this unless the Map Editor will not be released for the English version of Windows. Not looking to re-install anything right now.
