I found that its easier to land if you use the land to the right side just behind his plane. The field over on the right side is much smoother and easier to land on. Then you can taxi over near him for the mission star and take off again.

The UK Daily Mail is reporting that Johnson has been killed in an incident involving a wheat thresher and an escaped circus monkey. Details are still pouring in. Please don't save Johnson only so that he can die tragically later. The family has suffered enough already.

I came in a bit hot on the landing and started desperately taxiing circles around the field trying to stop the plane (stick, no brakes). I finally got it to quit rolling about 5' from Johnsons plane, purely by chance. Couldn't have pulled up along side better if I'd tried, first attempt Bet I couldn't do it again either
