I'm messing around with the AVR-02's sensitivity myself, and it's a difficult balance. I've been tying the ailerons and elevators together, but maybe that should change.
What I've found:
Anything above halfway, and it feels like I can't maintain level flight or trim the plane.
Anything below halfway, it's very easy (too easy) to not stall, and the plane feels docile all around.
Thus far, I've been willing to compromise some control for the ability to make minute adjustments, so I recommend trying low sensitivity and then working up to something higher.
Keep the settings coming, as I'll definitely try them out.
