@ Pup: Haven't tried the nr.1 setup yet..i'll try tomorrow,see if it works for me.Forgive my total noobness,but this is the first time i've actually bought and played with a flightstick,...so bear with me: I've read your other topic (thanx again,btw!) but if i understand correctly, i can map all functions wichever way i choose?? Isn't that a feature the HOTAS has out of the box?
Also,holding the order button and giving orders with the hatswitch sounds a lot better than how you do it in set up nr. 2...but, do you still have hatswitch freelook when you aren't using the order button? I'll give it a go tomorrow as i've said.(hopefully with a brand new copy of the game!) |

With this flightstick you can swap over buttons functionalities and axes, so as long as a function is already mapped to one of the buttons, you can move (swap) it to another. For example, you could swap round the missile and bomb buttons, if that suited you better.
The hatswitch does indeed work the same as with TM2 when set to TM1 while not holding the orders button. |

^ Nice!! Thanks for the info. But,there's no way to map a zoom function on Setup 1.only swaps? oh well..i guess i'll live with that!
