Yeah it's a pain that. Used to be able to do that on the old xbox within each game. You were able to setup clans with your moto and other stuff, and give certain people the ability to recruit new people who would automaticly apear on the clan list for everybody to see. It was so much easier than every single person having to be friends with each other and having friends from different games all muddled together, its such a mess. Can't imagine why that ability disapeared when the 360 arrived.

i dunno, hopefully they'll add something like it again if enough people ask, even if it were just a grouping system akin to MSN.

its interesting isnt it, that they can provide all this functionality elsewhere e.g. MSN, where u can sort contacts into groups, but not on the Xbox 360 and yes adding pre-fixes and suffixes without having to change you live account name would be nice too.
