Hi,
I've just installed the game and am having a great time reacquainting myself. The Sparrowhawk doesn't seem to be in it but there are a few Italian fighters there - Macchis and Fiats. One question though, the Macchi gunsight seems off-center - does anyone know if that's by design or if I need to map a key to center it? Cheers, Dan |

Shift + F1
This centres the Bf109 sights too. You can use Shift F1 in many cockpits as it shifts the pilots seat/view forwards, as opposed to zoom view forwards Have fun |

DanLewis,
If you don't have trackir the best way to center the sights is pressing F1, just like Alpha said. However, if you are a Trackir user, the best way to center it is by moving your head to the bottom left corner just a bit and CENTER THE TRACKIR DEVICE VIEW, then when you move your head back to the normal position the sight will be centered.... it's a trial-error practice until you get it where you want it... this way you'll be able to keep using your 6 DOF with trackir, an option that dissapears when using the F1 function, that will only allow you to turn your head, and not "drag" the view to the sides, front, back, etc. Good luck |
