Well this squadron is definitely not going to be extreme and hardcore as some of the other ones out there. Some will kick you out if you can't make it to practice one night. So as far as job expectations for flight leads, I can't think of any right now.

I don't think it is going to be to overwhelming.

Well said, this is really why I joined this clan, a bunch of regular guys who don't take themselves too seriously, well mostly, lol.

well i take games a little too seriously sometimes but never in my life would i kick some1 out or give them grief unless they r deliberately trying to ruin it for us.
im not some guy who spends all night on ps3 with a takeaway pizza and a 2 litre bottle of coke

for now yes but ultimately id like something like yours with a rotating prop added and all guns going and then a bf109 in front bursting into flames

That is the canopy off of the 109

I don't think I will be able to do what you want with the plane bursting into flames, maybe P-51 can.
