Although you seem to have done this correctly, don't you think there might just be an option in the full release to map your buttons? I'd hate to F up my stick just for the demo.

If they give you the option to map the buttons it will work just as well. I have only relocated the buttons from the front to within reach. They will still be mapable (if that is available) i the full build. EIther way I find it better to be able to reach them, no matter what thier function.

If you want you can cut the button wires in the center, strip them and twist together (like I did with the ground) then run a wire from the button to that exposed wire. This will keep both the front (original) buttons & the new ones functioning.

It's already been said that the full release will not have mappable controls.

The ability to do so could possibly come in an update, but it would probably be a while, and there is certainly no guarantee that it would even happen.
