I've actually never taken a direct hit from Flak (ie plan falls right out the sky), but I have been partially hit by flak. tore a bunch of holes into my fuselage, and I think might have messed up my controls, because I had ALOT of shaking in the controls afterwards, but I got the job done

Flak has never even scratched me in the demo.

I've been taken down by flak once already in simulator mode.
I heard a wierd noise after I passed over the AAA and then my engine just cut off and I went into an uncontrollable spin and crashed. ![]() |

Yep. Playing with the damage model is pretty fun when your bored.
Try flying above the water in England and strike the water with your props and then go to cockpit view. It's basically the same experience...besides the violent spin that follows. ![]() |
