I'm not sure what I was banned for, but the list says I should be unblocked on December 10th and it's almost December 11th. Could you ask them to unblock me please?

Question why am i still banned?
the list says i should be unnbaned on the 28th but its the 29th now

I was suppose to get unbanned on the 28th too, but my cd-key is still blocked
