Well Anton said the demo would be out a few weeks before release ,and he said the demo was only a few weeks away. That being said I'd guess its Sept some time. Since he said that, I'd say that is the best confirmed info that we have on a time frame for the release date.

yes WalMart has it released on 9/25/09 or sooner.. pre orders are on..
