The information will be rather soon as a community update.
As a most visually noticable difference - in Simulation there is only cockpit/virtual cockpit view (no 3rd person view) and no any HUDs.

But, of course, there are more of them.

also will u be able to turn options on and off for if u dont want the setup the three modes have?
