Why should I be thankful? They shouldn't release such a faulty product to start with. Haven't seen my Xbox for 2 weeks. I've had a ps3 for a year and it runs like a dream. Sounds like you had real bad luck.

I agree they are both faulty products. Maybe you got lucky on the ps3, I'd say out of my ps3 friends list(40+) I'd say more then half have been through multible ps3s. Just like my firends list on the 360 is the same thing.
Its screwed up that products that costs that much money are that faulty.

As for "Thankful". I'm just saying It takes a minimum of 3 months to get your ps3 fixed under warrenty. You'll get your 360 back way faster then that.

I hope they get your system back to you soon. I say give them some Hell on the phone ! I know I sure did.
