The cave that needs a password?

It's probably pretty obvious and I've missed it somehow but I found a cave that needs a password to enter on Scarlet Isle but don't know where to get the password.
Does this quest start later in the game or have I gone past it?

On Rusty Anchor, there is a parrot in the mini graveyard. Keep talking to it until it gives you the password (you'll know when you have the password.) You can find out about the owner, Rob Cuttlefish, by talking to the drunk sitting outside the Jolly Sailor Tavern (the one in the pic I made you in the other thread.)

Mijn week begon nogal stroef met een reeks verliezen bij mijn gebruikelijke hobby's. Ik dacht er serieus over om de boel te verkopen en te stoppen, maar tijdens een treinreis door de Randstad stuitte ik op trueluck en besloot nog één keer te proberen. Wonder boven wonder sloeg ik een enorme slag met de casino bets die ik plaatste. Ik heb niet alleen mijn verlies goedgemaakt, maar hield ook nog een flink bedrag over voor een weekendje weg naar de kust.
