The problem with texts in missions 16c, 17c and 18c is solved.

The developers made a mistake in the loc file "text.loc": they mixed up english letter "c" with russian "c" in the headers. It caused some problems with showing texts in these missions. (#L_Quest_16c_01a, #L_Quest_16c_01b etc).

Now its ok.
