4.14.1 Patch Observation

was doing sonme testing last nite and the russian circling torpedo is now compatable with the OPB-1. Now i have to remake some missions??

Map box AU-23/AV 21 and AU 21 there are rivers that run dry, bridges with no water under them etc.

Rivers are not realistic on this map, of course (as everywhere else in IL2). But dry riverbeds were typical for Crimean peninsula in real life. Especially before creation of new canals network in 1960-1970s. Some rivers could just stop running in dry season and turn into isolated narrow lakes, temporary.

There are more serious errors on this map, actually. Copied from the earlier map of Crimea in the first versions of the game. Absence of Balaklava Bay, wrong terrain in the area of Sevastopol, non-historical breakwaters of Sevastopol Bay, etc...

I've 4.14.1 and try to add the dgen campaigns for Asura's dgen, but probably I don't understand what is written on 4.14.1 readme... someone can help, please?

If you want to install Asura's Dgen mod you have to create a #DGEN folder in il2's root folder and put all DGen mod's related files in it. Then, activate DGen mod in the conf.ini by changing UseAsuraDgen from 0 to 1. Otherwise, if you just want to install a DGen campaign and already have installed DGen mod as above you just have to drop the campaign files in your usual DGen folder.

Was re-acquainting myself with the B-25J and was looking at the RPM gage and its marked RPH not RPM, can anyone else look and confirm??

Game version 4.13.4 (updated from DVD version) launches and runs fine, but wen i install update 4.14 and 4.14.1 and i try to start the game nothing happens.
Clicking the il2fb.exe really does nothing...

I fixed it, luckly i made a copy from my 3.13.4 install, so i trew away the 4.14.1 install and tried it again but this time instead of going from 4.13.4 with the combined patched 4.14 and 4.14.1 packadge i did first just 4.14 and than the 4.14.1 patch and now it works.
