I had problems with the latest nvidia driver. When I was looking at ground textures I had huge amount of screen tearing, when looking at the sky all was normal, I've never seen anything like. I rolled back to 314.22 and the problem was gone. Reshade/SweetFX needs the latest drivers unfortunately.
