Creating a launcher possible?

Not sure if it applies here:
some time ago MS uploaded an update called KB3086255
This made it impossible for many older games to start from the disc.

I did not need the disc to launch the game since 4.08 or so but I remember ther was a little programme to work around. In the German community it was called the 'Keks'. Not sure if I can still find it.

I think Daidalos Team should make an official one in an update and what about a new icon representing Il2 in it's whole and not only Pacific Fighter hahaha?
