While I'm always happy to see more flyable planes, I'm really hoping that the other DC-3 variants will also be made flyable.
My first choice would be the Li-2, since it was used in every role that the C-47 was, plus many more. And, due to the nature of the war on the Eastern Front, it saw a lot more combat action. |

For all the cargo aircraft in the game, that's my first choice for a flyable.
Used in combat from 1936-45, often in combat, sometimes used as a bomber. Served in every theater where the Nazis fought. The "starring" plane in many critical battles (paratroop landings on Denmark/Norway, Eben Emal/Belgium, Crete, Cap Bon/North Africa, attempted relief of Stalingrad). Trimotor layout, which would make it really interesting to fly. |
