Are you really sure about the fps? I have the same card but I get 15-20fps, 30-40 when there´s no frost/ice/snow (In a warm room)
You have a better CPU and I play in 1920x1200 but that shouldn´t affect the fps so much, should it?
Anyway I don´t care if I don´t have higher than I have, because the motion blur makes it perfect
Except when I´m using PPSH-41, then I have 3-8 fps
