And how about multiplayer servers i mean they somehow verify if any changes made in the files will i be still able to play multiplayer?
Cuz if you try to play multiplayer with moded game most server kick you, I wonder does it apply to the changes made in this folder with wav files if I delete or rename this file?

Changing those files will make no difference I think.

Yeah it would be like a RPG a patch that add an option to chose "would you like to give vodka to boris , Yes/No" or if you dont have enough relationship points (with boris XD) it would sound like "Would you like to shot Boris with your PPD 40 and drink vodka Yes/No"

Not sure about online..... I don't think it matters. I hardly ever fly online, but am sure I must have parused the internet skies while having deleted wave files. Copy and save the file to a different location if it should turn out to be an issue.

I looked around in the "RU actor files." I believe the offensive wav file is in actor #5.
