The button is the same in Russia try to activate console in the main menu first, then it should go normal

In the menu console shows up:
I have tried:

godmode = 1
godmode=1
godmode 1

None of the above works.

More, if you give:
unlimited_ammo =1
or
giveall

The game will load but then it crashes.
