You kill windows if you do something with it.
Just reinstall windows, you don't need to format hard drive for it.
How can i reinstall windows without format the hard drive?????

Well, just do it.
Windows instalation programm, can replase only windows data during instalation, or install second windows copy to second HDD.
Reinstall with formating will be better, but it still work.
Or finally find someone with enough experience to do something like this.
Don't forget to backup your personal data before you start to do this.

Don't know... for me, having subtitles keep popping up is an immersion killer. If accents are dubbed properly it works for me.
