Could you list the path for that items file please? I can't seem to find it.

I got to the ses.kfs file but when i open it up it looks like gibberish.

What did you use to open those files?

WinRAR or a similar archiving software.

Its all in code and a bit tough to dig through but everything is there

Yeah, items.txt is in code since those are the base item definitions whereas eng_items.lng is the in-game text with some minor dynamic code. I prefer reading code but it might not make much sense to someone who has never seen any.

I am not a comp wiz so if anyone could list the specifics for the Pain Skull, and specially for the UPgrade of this item....
