There is no point fighting him, you get the same item if you beat him and shop is empty.

Well - if you don't need anything from the shop - reload and fight him - you get XP and money from the fight at least (another won fitght - better score)

Number of fights does not impact your score. And by that time the xp/gold should be unnecessary anyway. So do whatever you want . I instead always kill the arrogant wizard on the same map after shopping.

Is it possible to first let him live + shop, then kill him? Cool, I have missed this.
