Yeah... forgot about init, sorry (always calculating as if i have 1st move
 ).Just evade them... lvl 14 without high magic with leadership<10k and i suppose without geyser or something like that is a bit early for dragons i suppose. You can kill them, of course, but looses will be high so just evade and return there later
