If this is implemented there should also be an option to prevent speeding up the game or skipping time.

I'd be happy to see the option to prevent speeding of time since I often hit the [ key when I am trying to pause the game.

This seems more like an issue with individual graphics cards. Isn't there a setting for the card itself that limits FPS?

But, if not it seems like a user-friendly and simple bit of coding to limit FPS when in menu, QMB or FMB mode. Perhaps a line in the conf.ini would allow it to be user configurable.

Well, I can see now why these thing weren't implemented. Thanks for your replies. There are some tools that can cap fps that I use in the FMB, so I'll just stick to that.
