Slowing time DiffOpt and fps-cap in menu-s, what do you think?

Since I don't do a lot of online flying it didn't occur to me that it isn't available online, so you got a good point. That's probably why it wasn't implemented. Still, it would be nice as a offline diff. feature, just for the record, and to keep the temptation away, hehe, altough I never used it myself.
