Anything that's an axis/slider just gets set to AXIS S- before I can configure it. Turning, clutch, brake, acceleration...

The only thing I can configure is the gears with my TH8RS. :/

Anyone have any ideas? The setup is basically this all using USB:
fanatec csr
fanatec csr elite pedals
thrustmaster th8rs shifter
