A very interesting bug...
I never had this or even hear'd about it, i don't know a fix for that, sorry have you tried starting steam as Administrator? (I know its a very "INTERESTING" way to fix problems but yeah...) Last edited by Simbal; 11-22-2013 at 07:07 PM. |

Hi,
I usually operate my gaming System (Win7 64) with administration rights because I only use it for gaming, not for surfing/working. But I tried it with "right click -> run as administrator". No changes. I hope someone has a tip for me, because I really want to play SW3! Last edited by PrivatePumpkin; 11-22-2013 at 07:09 PM. |

It works...
I had to change my mouse against a 10 year old model...now the lag is gone and I can play. Still annoying that I have to change the mouse each time I want to play star wolves but...at least it works now |

lol, a mouse being too new for a game...
Atleast the game works now for you how could you tell it was your mouse? |

I searched the web for clues and someone said, that he changed the polling rate down from 1000 Hz to 500 Hz in the mouse software. I don't have any mouse specific software installed, so I don't have the option to lower that rate. I then simply plugged in my old mouse and it seems, it's "slower" because it works just fine.
Not the best solution, but as long as I can play the game, I'm happy |
