@ Mr Meaker. Didn't the event in the video actually happen? I read somewhere that the BoB film was accurate in it's portrayal of each incident in the film.

Anyway, the following shots ring a bell with the BoB film.

Itis cool when it happens right, and hard to land with that type damage which is very challenging.

But also, to me it is annoying that the fastest plane can sometime get no damage while the slow one takes all the damage. It should be equal.

i dont think that it is depending on the speed but on the structural soundness.
The trailing edge is usually not as strong as the leading edge.
