There is a large article on the Team Fusion patches in this month's PC Pilot. Hopefully it will encourage more to fly CoD. There is also a little bit about the Battle of Stalingrad game (BoS). I can't tell you any details, I was thrown out of W.H. Smith's for reading the magazines
Heinkill gets a mention too.

It's in this edition, November/December 2013

"IL-2 Cliffs of Dover – Team Fusion
We interview Team Fusion, a prolific group of modders, working hard to enhance Cliffs Of Dover.

Battle of Stalingrad
Derek Davis interviews 1C Games Studios to glean all the information on the much anticipated IL-2 Sturmovik: Battle of Stalingrad simulation.
"

Thanks Major

It's also now possible to shoot down a Me 110 without having to rearm three times...

.....and the He 111 isn't a Panzer Mk VI anymore !!

BTW - Their return fire seems better aimed.

congrats to all our new aces!!..

I miss this, maybe a future mod can bring it back...a very handy tool to play with rounds and convergence, and just measure your personal development.

I have had Cliffs installed since March of 2012, never really got into it until about 6 weeks ago. I was off on vacation for a week just hanging around the house, and decided to install TF3 to give it a go. Finally everything seemed to come together and click for me , mainly due to the help I received from the great guys over at the ATAG and TF forum.

Got me a good Warthog profile set up in Target and started flying. I then changed to full realism and learned CEM for the first time. TF4 was released, and wow it is beautiful.
Flying offline at this time, and enjoying the heck out of some campaigns.

Those guys have really done an incredible job for this sim. I am loving it!
