Well, I skip that quest on the end, but I hope that quest had no influence for main quest.
Also I hope that somebody know to change skript in ses.kfs file in the game and somehow solve the problem.

Well, maybe you can try again down the road after you've gotten further in the game - I had no success (just like you I had killed everything on the island, but had no success) so moved on, but came back to it towards the end and was able to complete it.

Unfortunately, these problems are in the QST files, which require a decompile by KB_DB_EDIT, scrutinizing hard to read code, trying to fix it, recompiling, and then playtesting to see if it works. This is a lot easier said than done, and there are some noted differences in what they've done with WotN compared to all 3 previous games, that makes it even more challenging.
