Go to Control Panel> Hardware & Sound> Sound> Manage Audio Devices set the speakers as the default sound.

When you open up TS look across the top bar and go to Settings > Options > Playback > Playback Device and set the headset as the playback device. Do the same thing in TS for Capture Device.
