he he... I was wondering if someone was going to catch that...

No... I was deleting the bad install when I answered that post. Those are the files left over after an uninstall. I have to go back after every uninstall and manually clean out the rest.

The path is correct, I checked it....I am totally stumped, I have not flown for a week now....starting to shake......

What about Track IR and my Logitech Joystick, rudder pedals and throttle....could that stuff be interfering?

Yes thats where the gig ends....I re downloaded all the parts again this time from M4T (the one that shows the pictures of the CD covers) and its hung again on the 4.09 patch.

At what percentage Does the game stop loading?
And These may sound like stupid questions
Did You install 409 b1m?
Do you still get the No DVD in drive when the disk is not in the drive After installing 409m>If So
Have you tried the No CD Fix?

One More thing
Try starting IL2 from inside the folder Let us know what happens
