Hm... just to avoid, that you have one of the single patches corrupted, try this one on a clean 4.07 install (run admin, watch for correct folder, etc.):

Run Admin??? Do you mean as Administrator? But I am setup on this machine as Admin....is there another option I need to select?

Even as an admin, you should use the "run as admin".

Right click on the file, then choose 'Run as administrator'... in the next window, just agree.

OK here is what I am doing....A fresh install to C:\Ubisoft\IL2 Stumovik 1946....not going into program files....
Run the game, Then I dropped the IL2_4111_Ultra into the 1946 folder. Extracted and ran the program while it was in that folder. It has failed to boot again.

I will try it again (fresh install) with a new download to be sure it is not corrupt. (I did DL it twice) if that fails, I will try it with the ultra file outside of that 1946 folder. (in the ubisoft folder)

???Looking at your folder in the thumb nail it seems your missing a few files

Is that your IL 2 Sturmovik 1946 game folder????
