@Darkeonz Just look at all comments on this forum. Tis is only place i found with large number of KB players, Non-russian. And we aren`t amused by latest release WotN.
I haven`t found any official earning for this game, but i suspect it`s not as successful as previous the Legend or Ap/Cw.
To much bugs, and problems that didnt exist in those games, and just magicaly appeard in this caused many players to be disappointed in this franchise, and hope for better from other game studios like Age of Wonders3, and similar. In any way i had lots of fun with KB tLegend and Ap/Cw but WotN was huge turn down

Yes I agree. But I would hate to see it be abandoned forever. There's something special about this kind of game. Even though WotN wasn't nearly as good as anyone thought it would be.

They should make the campaigns shorter, have the players level up faster (like in crossworld), put more focus into the "random" aspect of the game. Maybe a random generater with houses, castles and huts so they would be at different locations and have different units and artifacts to buy. I mean it would have to be at specific location, but what is at the location could be random. This is the things that add to replay value and this is a part of why the original KB from 1990

What crossworlds did right was having "Challenges" on the side, like the tower of magic. Things like that make it interesting.

I would say that no recent patches probably means they've abandoned this one. I agree with the lack of re-playability as well as being boring for the most part.

This was a great idea but it's like the devs gave up after creating the 4 new areas they did create. It was easier, and faster, to just use what had already been created and tweak it a bit to go with the new storyline - like the re-colored Endoria, which I found a bit annoying, actually. And not being able to access the swamp was very disappointing.

I always wanted to see Crossworlds as actually crossing worlds - in other words, Amelie and Bill go exploring Teana together again and also have access to all of the areas from Legend. That would really be crossing worlds and fit the name of the expanded game perfectly.

I'll continue to play Legend and Crossworlds occasionally but I think WOTN is probably not going to be played nearly as much as the other two.

For all those remembering fondly The Legend and Armored princess/Crossworlds i`ll recommend this mod for tL and form there you can find expansion for Ap/Cw in making. I had great fun playing it
