The skin looks awesome and I can't wait to load it in game

Thor, I think the reason the emblem is 'legit' is due to the image I posted in the second post down?
The image was taken on the night the aircraft wad shot down, literally taken just before it took off. The emblem is certainly visible in that shot. Maybe it wasn't removed or the pilot wanted it kept?

Just an observation but for now the skin looks superb..and thanks for the blank too!

No idea ... Mystic. The whole story of III./KG 76 in the transition phase between BoF and BoB is very difficult to understand, because the old unit was broken up and various crews were transfered to other units - including the Stuka arm IIRC. On top of it all there is very little data on this whole issue in the archives so it's still not really possible to discern what went on and when exactly. Maybe that crew came from the old III./KG 76 and attempted to carry on the tradition ... But that's speculation.
