Tried complete re-Install.....
Same problem still occurs. This is now bugging me!  I have now tried Grawl's 7 suggestions but nothing helps

Whats your in-game gui settings? Make sure your running original textures and not high. All so make sure nvidia settings is FXAA on. Check my post on nvidia high end settings post.

Tries lots of different settings. No improvement. Perhaps it's an issue with Nvidia 680M although I don't have a problem with any other games.....
