I'm also wondering if the pilot second from the left is holding something in his hands.

I think you're right, but English and U.S. might be reversed depending on the type of flying gear. Certainly the Axis pilots are quite distinctive, with the Luftwaffe riding pants and the Japanese katana.

And no, not THERE yet. As you may have noticed, I try to entertain the crowd.
Its not much left though. A handfull of things. But its ike with the last piece of the cake - you have a hard time to eat it, if you got all the other pieces already.
