There are two stacks of friendly units that spawn when you get this quest, Horsemen and Knights.
The Horsemen are usually on the coast near Griphon Island, and the Knights can be found on the island (look for the green dots on the map...) Take them to the Guard Captain at the castle in Greenwort...
