OK, next approach!

Have you already been to Grotland, because this is another portal in New Kordar that will open at a certain point of this quest?

Before the portal to Riftland is available you should have the following teleporters and portals in New Kordar:

1. Teleporter to the portal to Riftland (see your screenshots).

2. Teleporter near that droid (Charlie-4) where you get the quest The Droid and the Flower. This ports you to a lower stage where you find the dwarf for the quest Dwarven Love OR Trapped Demoness (which ever quest giver you meet first).

3. Portal to Demonis near the trapped demoness after getting the quest Dwarven Love/Trapped Demoness or defeating the demoness (I can't remember exactly).

4. Portal to Grotland in the northern area of the map in a dead end tunnel. This portal appears later in the quest, so if you have cleared this part of New Kordar, you should check again later.

If I remember right, on Grotland you will be able to carry on with your quest.

In case you have already been to Grotland, I have no other idea how to proceed.

Thanks a lot, no, I haven't been in Grotland nor I have found portal to that map. First three portals are there, and I solved quests you mentioned (the only remaining quest is Lost Boy). I look for portal for Grotland as soon as I come home. However, my hopes are not up, since I've been roaming New Krodar for some time.

I now that problem very well, because I've had the same issue at that stage of the quest and I remember running around again and again. I got no information or update, that there is a new portal (same with the Portal to Riftland later). Only by chance I found this new portal, so I'll keep my fingers crossed, that this is the point where you got stuck.

When passing the stone gate near the dwarven town, just head a bit to the left until you reach that very long straight tunnel leading to the north-east corner of the map. When you reach this point follow the tunnel to the right and then you should see the new portal to Grotland and in the dead end tunnel.

I'm sorry, but yes, that is the place where the portal to Grotland should be or will be. On your screenshots it's obviously not there, so the trigger for it is missing.

OK, what do we have?

The quest Find Allies! Then you need the quest Find Queen Amelie from Las Ksarind in Arlania. This will trigger the quest Alliance with the Dwarves. And this should lead to Grotland.

So your problem is in that chain of quests I think, but it won't be easy to figure out where!

Which of the quests I mention do you have?

I can't find the problem, but my next idea is the following: After finishing the Quest Dwarven Love/Trapped Demoness, you get the portal to Demonis. You got this one on your "New Kordar"-Map, right?

Did you talk to Xeona again in Demonis? This will trigger the quest Make Peace With The Demons and in this quest you need to talk to Korn Digor. Maybe then you are able to get the quest Alliance with the dwarves, which is the one you require to proceed!?
