How many total quests? (I finished with 118)

Really nice list. I will compare it to the quests I completed in my first play through. On this game I already know I missed one I got in that game. I did not go into the catacombs in time to do that quest. No ghost at all.

So I count 123 on your list, plus at least two not on it?

Yes, I too end up with 125 quests in total (including the two I missed).
