How to get to eastern island ??

I was in greenwort; do you use the T key or some other method ? The quests I haven't solved include things like capture a spider and such.

Also AFAIK there are no quests that lead to the freedom isles - any quests you've got now aren't completed there. And there are no main quests there so it literally doesn't matter what point you do the freedom isles, apart from the challenge.
