Yes, the Accuracy skill will be used for bazooka. In short, all weapons that can be carried by a single soldier depend on Accuracy skill, while HMGs and various cannons depend on Gunner skill.

If the weapon can be carried by a single soldier then accuracy is the skill,you say.
That makes sense,for purposes of this game.
It definatly seems to work that way as far as i can tell after testing it in game.
