109E bugs as of final patch

I have two questions with Bf109 engien with IL-2 and CloD.

The Bf109E4 in the game seems to be a "Kommandogerät" pilot easy to fly system. Should Bf109s have a problem with mixture, propeller pitch,boost, and magneto timing?

Why did German differnt engien boost with DB601Aa and DB601A-1? Why use foreign engiens have more power that german engiens?
